Drivers' Helpers -Furniture Delivery / 1099 We are seeking Drivers and Helpers for furniture deliveries; Monday through Saturday, deliveries / Start Time 6:00am Client: IKEA Furniture / My Home Delivery Daily earnings : Drivers' Helper - $180 per day Schedule: Full Time / 5 Days / Monday through Saturday, deliveries / Start Time 6:00am Work Status: Weekly payout / 1099 • Valid Photo ID / "Real ID" (enhanced federal security standard) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Polished face to face customer service skills. • Furniture / appliance delivery and assembly experience OR Office Cubicles / Patio Furniture / grill set up experience 1 -2 years experience. Must be: • Reliable and flexible • Professional with the ability to communicate effectively • Committed to working agreed to times • High level of customer service skills. • Take direction from (Box Truck) Driver , Phone Dispatcher and Delivery Operations Manager(s) • Use a smartphone technology. • English : conversional and written. Screening: Criminal / Screening via SCI, LLC Dress Standard: Company provided branded polo / Self provided black pants or shorts, socks and solid black color footwear. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $180.00 per day Application Question(s): • Are you currently Employed now? • Confirm you understand this is “White Glove” in home delivery AND set up / removal of packaging materials. • Confirm you can continuously lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of merchandise up to and in excess of 100 lbs. • Confirm this role is an "1099" position (not a W-2) • Do you have experience with residential white glove delivery of furniture or appliances /assembly of goods? • Comfortable with schedule: Mon-Sat/ Start Time of 6am/ Full Time / 5 days? • Confirm you will need to clear Criminal screening via SCI, LLC. ? • Confirm you understand the (Daily) Rate (weekly): HELPER $ 180 (Drivers' Assistant only - not driver) Ability to Commute: • Newport News, VA 23606 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
