Senior Software Product Manager Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 3-5 years minimum ArgonDigital is seeking experienced Senior Software Product Managers to join our organization. The Senior Product Manager leads a team of ArgonDigital consultants and applies a thorough understanding of ArgonDigital methodology on client programs. Acting as the main point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, the SPDM guides the team toward defining a blueprint for software development and ensures that requirements documentation is both comprehensive and accurate. Internally, the SPDM acts as a mentor to developing Requirements Analysts. Responsibilities: • Act as point person on client engagements and manage a team of ArgonDigital consultants • Understand and apply ArgonDigital’s requirements methodology • Manage project budget, timeline, and deliverables • Perform data analysis, use case analysis, and business process mapping to identify and quantify inefficiencies which can be improved through automation • Quickly learn new subject matter areas after joining a project • Connect functional and technical requirements to business requirements • Write software requirements for Waterfall or Agile projects • Create and validate visual models to derive comprehensive requirements • Build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate clear communication • Balance multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in software development or related field • Demonstrated track record of leading successful projects and growing customers • Demonstrated ability to write complete, thorough, and understandable requirements documents • Deep understanding of requirements prioritization • Analytical problem-solving skills • Organization, planning, and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficient in Microsoft Office About ArgonDigital: Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, ArgonDigital is a Business Analysis and Product Management organization that works to deliver 10x value to Fortune 1000 companies.
