Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8+ years of medical device project management experience, expertise in interventional radiology and vascular surgery device development, and design control experience.

ARGON MEDICAL DEVICES IS NOT LEVERAGING SEARCH FIRMS Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager will lead and participate in the development of medical devices for interventional radiology and vascular surgery, which includes new products, line extension and quality/cost improvement projects. Effectively manage and communicate project progress to management. What you will do: Ensure compliance to the product development process and Quality System and Design Control requirements. Project Management through the initiation, planning, implementation and closeout of the project Lead cross-functional teams through the development of medical devices to meet project goals Develop project budget and scope of work Prepare and maintain project schedule Facilitate project team meetings with agendas, notes, and action items Monitor and report project team activities Work on removing obstacles to successfully completing medical device development projects. Collaborate with design partners, either internal or external to Argon, making sure product design meets manufacturing, quality, clinical and cost specifications Proven record of delivering multi-disciplinary projects on time and on budget Critical thinker who exhibits creativity and innovation Skills for Success: Bachelor’s degree in engineering required 8+ years of project management experience in the medical device industry required Deep expertise in the development of medical devices for interventional radiology, vascular surgery and minimally invasive procedures required Design control experience, leading product realization required Experience leading cross-functional/department teams and driving change required Previous experience as a medical device design, testing or process engineer highly preferred MS Office proficiency including project management tools
