Role Overview: As a Capture Manager at Aretum, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by leading capture efforts for new contracts and opportunities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies, manage proposal development, and ensure alignment with customer needs and company capabilities. What You'll Do: - You will lead the capture planning process, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. - You will develop and execute capture strategies that align with customer requirements and company strengths. - You will coordinate with technical, pricing, and proposal teams to prepare compelling and compliant proposals. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. - You will monitor competitive landscapes and market trends to inform capture strategies. - You will manage capture schedules, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and objectives. - You will provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on capture progress and risks. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in capture management or business development within the defense or government contracting sectors. - Proven track record of successfully leading capture efforts and winning contracts. - Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and regulations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with homeland security or civilian agency contracts. - Familiarity with proposal management software and CRM tools. - Advanced degree in business, management, or a related field. - Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
