Role Overview: As a Capture Manager at Aretum, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by leading capture efforts for new government contracts. You will be responsible for developing and executing capture strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals. What You'll Do: - You will lead the capture process from opportunity identification through proposal submission. - You will develop comprehensive capture plans that align with client requirements and company capabilities. - You will coordinate with business development, technical, and proposal teams to ensure seamless execution. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and partners. - You will analyze competitive landscapes and identify win themes to position Aretum effectively. - You will manage capture schedules, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines. - You will provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on capture progress. - You will mentor and guide junior team members involved in capture activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in capture management or business development within the government contracting sector. - Proven track record of successfully winning government contracts. - Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and regulations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency with CRM and proposal management tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with defense, civilian, or homeland security agencies. - PMP or similar project management certification. - Background in technology or IT services. - Established network within government contracting communities.
