We’re looking for seasoned Senior Project / Programme Managers with the credibility, expertise, and commercial acumen to own complex, end-to-end enterprise software implementations—working directly with senior stakeholders, influencing at the highest levels, and delivering results that matter. What You’ll Do • Lead full lifecycle ERP or CRM implementations—from discovery to go-live. • Navigate the complexities of large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders. • Oversee project planning, budgeting, vendor management, risk, and governance. • Bridge the gap between Business and IT to deliver transformation. • Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating challenges and delivering proactive solutions. What We’re Looking For ✅ Proven track record delivering enterprise ERP or CRM software implementations in 15k+ employee organizations. ✅ Strong B2B professional services background. ✅ 10–12 years of true delivery experience + early career exposure to BA, operations, or COO-level functions. ✅ Experience on both vendor and client sides of major software rollouts. ✅ Commercially astute, confident with senior leadership, and skilled at leading large cross-functional teams.
