Job Title: Warehouse Associate Company: Are You Am I Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Full Time - In-person - Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.) Pay: Hourly About Us: Are You Am I (AYAI) is a modern luxury female clothing brand based in Los Angeles, dedicated to creating high-quality, timeless pieces that stand out and transcend trends. We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated TikTok Content Creator to help grow our social media presence and engage our audience. Job Description: Are You Am I is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, helping to maintain inventory accuracy and fulfill orders with precision and care. Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory items. - Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. - Conduct regular inventory counts. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including shelving and storage areas. - Assist in quality control by inspecting products for defects or damages. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals. - Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required. - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. - Knowledge of Shopify and ShipStation is a plus. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
