Get to Know Your Team: • Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma. Responsibilities The Senior Data Analyst will report directly to the Population Health Director and will provide technical and analytical support to the population health activities of Utica Park Clinic and the Hillcrest Healthcare System. • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports related to quality improvement initiatives using Epic and Power BI. • Analyze healthcare data to support provider, staff, and population health performance metrics. • Collaborate closely with Quality and Population Health Managers, the Medical Director, and other stakeholders to identify reporting needs. • Ensure accuracy and validation of all reports and dashboards. • Support bonus calculations tied to quality performance for providers and staff. • Translate clinical and operational data into actionable insights for leadership Work Schedule: Hybrid, (Tuesdays & Thursdays on-site at 7600 S.
