Our strategic relationship with Bennett Thrasher, a highly respected CPA firm in Atlanta and the US, provides the platform for high quality recruiting services to clients across a variety of industries. This Interim Services Director role will lead the strategic build-out and daily operations of Arden Search’s new Interim Accounting and Finance recruitment business line and will act as primary point of contact for all interim hiring needs for clients. This role will focus primarily on business development efforts in the Atlanta market with a secondary focus on Dallas and Denver markets. The Interim Services Director will work closely with internal leadership at Bennett Thrasher, attend local networking events, and focus on prospecting for new clients to drive contract, contract-to-hire and interim placement needs. This role will be offered with a competitive base salary + benefits + uncapped commission earnings potential. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished business development professional to be a part of a new service line-build out and lead sales efforts independently. SCOPE OF WORK • Lead the build out and daily sales operations of newly formed Interim Accounting & Finance recruiting division of Arden Search. Drive sales pipeline, partner with recruiting team to find talent for open roles, and lead all client communications within the interim recruiting vertical to drive placements. • Lead client prospecting and new logos acquisition for the firm. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and track sales KPIs to ensure financial targets are met for the Interim placement division. • Work closely with Bennett Thrasher Partners, Executive Team, and internal Sales team to garner introductions to existing BT clients to determine interim recruitment needs and build a strong working relationship for future hiring needs. • Attend local networking events, conferences, and thought leadership programs to expand Arden Search presence and client relationships in Atlanta. • Stay up-to-date on latest hiring, business, and industry trends. Participate in thought leadership content generation for use on Arden Search group social media. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE • Bachelor’s Degree required • 4+ years of business development, inside/outside sales, or account management working in the Accounting & Finance recruiting industry is required. We are looking for a demonstrated track record of success bringing in new logos and/or driving new business. • 2+ years of work experience in the recruiting space selling interim/contract placement services is preferred. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, demonstrate clarity in communication, and ability to stay organized both with clients an internal team • Willingness to work on-site in our Atlanta (Truist Park area) office and/or attend in-person networking events a minimum of 3 day/week to build relationships with internal BT partners and prospective clients ARDEN SEARCH Arden Search is an affiliate of Bennett Thrasher and our team was founded to connect transformational leadership talent with top companies around the US.
