Experteer Overview In this role you drive regional sales for Meyer’s steel and concrete structures in utility applications, coordinating with cross-functional teams to hit targets and deliver on-time orders. You will shape the sales plan, manage alliance accounts, and collaborate with marketing and operations to support growth within the Arcosa-backed organization. The position offers hands-on ownership of forecasting, scheduling, and value‑added initiatives to improve customers’ designs and timelines. You will travel as needed to manage key accounts and projects. Compensation / Benefits • Set regional sales targets with the territory Market Development Manager • Prioritize regional sales activities with the marketing team • Develop budgets for region sales activity by customer • Create a sales plan to achieve volume targets • Manage utility alliance accounts in direct sales • Collaborate with Value Stream (project management, engineering, estimating, contract administration, operations) to ensure on-time delivery • Maintain master schedule for alliance accounts and review milestones with stakeholders • Prepare contract extension proposals for assigned accounts • Gather forecasting data from customers and coordinate production space reservations across U.S. and Mexico • Identify cost-saving design initiatives and streamline specifications; host Lunch and Learn events • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to sell Meyer products Tasks • Bachelor's degree in any field • 8+ years' sales and marketing experience in steel structures, infrastructure and services • Technical sales experience with an engineering project management background in an engineer-to-order environment • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to create presentations • Ability to model Meyer Guiding Principles • Strong interpersonal skills and proven customer relationship development • Willingness to travel 25% to 50% Key requirements •
