Develop and execute North American sales strategy and lead a high-performance sales organization to optimize customer engagement and profitability.
Minimum 10 years sales experience in metal manufacturing or distribution, 5 years commercial leadership with supervision, bachelor's degree, US work authorization, and ITAR compliance.
Under the guidance of the VP Commercial, Automotive and Brazing, the incumbent develops the North American sales strategy for the $250M revenue Brazing business in alignment with the RP North America business unit strategy. The incumbent cultivates a high-performance selling organization with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness to optimize value added customer engagement.
