Evaluate claims and visit data to measure cost savings, patient adherence, and care delivery outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data models and KPIs aligned with company objectives. Create dashboards and visual reports (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) that communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Present findings to the COO, operations team, and clinical leadership with recommendations for improvement. Support client reporting and deliverables by preparing external data summaries that demonstrate program impact.
