Theatre Projects is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Connecticut as a key player in shaping how Theatre Projects presents itself in business development and sales materials, on our website, and on social media. We’re looking for someone who would bring the full package to this role: exciting visual design, content creation with a dynamic voice, and solid writing chops.As a design firm collaborating with architects and owners around the world on venues for arts and entertainment, education, museums, corporate events and spaces, and more, we're especially interested in candidates with experience in marketing for architecture and design firms.The right person for our team will be a proficient visual designer with advanced skill in Adobe Creative Suite. They’ll have a great social media voice and writing skills; experience creating dynamic short-form videos for websites and social media platforms; and the ability to tailor their style to meet and progress the Theatre Projects brand.This position will be located in our Connecticut office.Marketing Manager responsibilities include managing the website, creating social media content, producing sales and marketing collateral, and contributing to the proposal-writing team.We’re looking for someone who has:5+ years of professional marketing experience showcasing a clean, sharp eye for detail in graphics and textDemonstrated excellence in graphic design, including advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Strong writing and editing skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word template design)Experience supporting brand implementation or visual identity rolloutExperience with CMS platforms such as WordPressExperience with SEO and AEO best practicesExperience with video and photography editingAlthough these skills and experiences are not required, they would be highly valued in candidates for this position:Interest in or familiarity with architecture, theatre, performing arts, or design consulting environmentsFamiliarity with CRM or ERP systems and marketing coordination workflowsSalary range: $80,000 - $100,000 with great benefits like no-cost-to-employee health, dental, and vision coverage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
