Substitute Teacher Location: Utica, MI, 48317 Contact: Mrs. Julie Tsatsos, Assistant Principal jtsatsos@stlawrenceparish.com Skills: Substitute Teacher We are seeking a Substitute Teacher to join our team at St. Lawrence School. The Substitute Teacher will be responsible for providing instruction to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. The successful candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for education. Responsibilities: • Follow lesson plans left by the regular classroom teacher • Provide instruction to students in a variety of subjects • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment • Communicate with school staff and parents as needed • Complete required paperwork and reports Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field • Valid teaching certification or substitute teaching permit • Experience working with children • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to follow lesson plans and manage classroom behavior If you are passionate about education and enjoy working with children, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
