4+ years Java 11+/Spring experience, strong SQL skills, federal experience preferred, and relevant certifications are a plus.

A full-stack engineer specializing in Java 11+/Spring/Tomcat who supports UI/integration as needed. You design OpenAPI-first REST with solid validation/error semantics, idempotency, and tuned performance; instrument with Otel; visualize in New Relic; and optimize PostgreSQL/SQL Server. You own runbooks, safe migrations, and resilience patterns. Success = stable, observable services that hit SLOs. What you’ll do • Build OpenAPI-first endpoints in Java 11+/Spring/Tomcat with validation/errors/idempotency. • Write JUnit unit/integration/contract tests; maintain realistic fixtures. • Tune pools/caching/statements; fix N+1; coordinate indexes/partitioning with DBAs. • Implement timeouts/retries/circuit breakers/bulkheads; measure with Otel. • Secure endpoints; integrate DevSecOps scans; maintain runbooks & SLO dashboards. • Plan expand/contract migrations; support blue-green/canary; own rollback criteria. • Drive PR/design reviews; improve CI speed/reliability; estimate/surface risks. • Full-stack support: collaborate with UI; stabilize E2E; refine contracts. Minimum Qualifications Meets Core Full-Stack baseline; 4+ years Java 11+/Spring; strong SQL. Preferred Certifications Oracle OCP Java SE, Spring Pro; AWS/Azure Developer Associate.
