Role: Site Inspection & Data Analyst Company: Arch Systems Client: CMS - Site Verification Services - Eastern and ACF OHS Type: Full Time Location: Hybrid ( Sometimes onsite visits required) Job Description:The Site Inspection & Data Analytics Analyst II is responsible for validating, auditing, and analyzing completed site inspection records to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with CMS contractual requirements. This hybrid role combines inspection quality assurance with advanced data analytics to identify trends, improve inspection outcomes, and support continuous process improvement. Key responsibilities:Key responsibilities include validating RMS/FSA inspection data against PECOS, conducting comprehensive quality reviews of inspection documentation (including photographs, GPS metadata, and narratives), and ensuring all inspection elements meet established CMS and contract standards. The Analyst also performs data analysis on inspection results to detect patterns, anomalies, and risk indicators that may impact compliance or performance metrics. The Analyst supports the Quality Assurance Manager by producing analytical reports and dashboards, performing secondary reviews on flagged or high-risk inspections, identifying root causes of errors, and recommending corrective actions, process enhancements, or retraining needs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all inspection deliverables submitted to CMS consistently achieve ≥ 99% accuracy and < 0.2% rework rates. This position requires a highly detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, as well as hands-on experience working with CMS systems and large datasets. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in data validation, data analytics, program integrity, or quality assurance analysis supporting healthcare, CMS, or federal compliance programs • Strong experience analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) • Familiarity with CMS systems such as RMS, FSA, and PECOS preferred.
