Responsibilities Arcfield is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our Contract, Pricing, and Marketing & Communications teams. This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the government contracting arena while gaining valuable experience in critical business processes. What You'll Learn How government contractors price solutions and services to government clients Contract management and compliance fundamentals Marketing and communications strategies in the government sector Key Responsibilities Contract Support: Assist with contract electronic records entry and management Support contract closeout preparation activities Draft, review, and provide commentary on contracts and corporate forms Help maintain compliance records Pricing Support: Conduct research for pricing activities Support proposal development processes Analyze competitive pricing strategies Marketing & Communications: Assist in drafting internal and external presentations and marketing materials Tracking marketing metrics such public relations, contributed content, social media, advertising, speaking engagements, and tradeshows Assisting with internal public information release reviews to ensure content is approved for release by various corporate stakeholders Program Benefits Meaningful work related to national security Primary channel for future full-time, entry-level opportunities Mentorship relationships with industry professionals Hands-on professional experience in a corporate environment Qualifications Requirements Currently pursuing a 4-year degree at an accredited university Ability to commit to the full 10-week program (minimum 30 hours per week) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications 3.0+ cumulative GPA Interest in government contracting, business, marketing, or related fields Arcfield's intern program provides college students with meaningful, hands-on work experience in a professional environment while supporting critical national security initiatives.
