Full Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex enterprise initiatives, specifically focused on SAP implementations and/or M&A integration projects. This role requires a hands-on project manager who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure projects move forward smoothly and are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing enterprise-scale projects, maintaining structured communication with stakeholders, and proactively identifying and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle. While the role is primarily remote within the United States, occasional travel to Michigan may be required depending on project needs. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for SAP implementations or M&A integration initiatives • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables • Track progress, manage risks, and address project dependencies • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency • Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality Required Experience • 10+ years of professional project management experience • Proven experience managing SAP projects and/or M&A integration initiatives • Strong experience working with enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Ability to manage complex project timelines and deliverables • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Ability to travel to Michigan when required
