What Youll Do (Essential Duties & Responsibilities): This role is focused on telling the Arcane Marketing story through video, social media, and content creation. Youll work directly with the President to plan, produce, and publish content that captures who we are and what we do, even from behind the scenes. This isnt about creating polished corporate videos. Were after authenticity so this is real, creative, relatable content that connects with business owners, marketers, and healthcare leaders. Youll bring ideas to life through our website and on social platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and occasionally other platforms. If youre someone who knows how to grab attention, spark curiosity, and make content people actually want to watch or read, youll fit right in. • Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas that align with Arcanes goals and brand voice • Plan and execute video shoots using simple, authentic setups • Edit video content for various social platforms (long-form and short-form) • Manage posting schedules, captions, and community engagement across platforms • Write content and optimize it to grab attention • Track performance metrics and identify what content performs best • Collaborate directly with leadership to create consistent, high-quality messaging • Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and video storytelling Minimum Qualifications: • Creative, driven, and resourceful mindset • Strong understanding of social media platforms, basic SEO, and content trends • Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) preferred but not required • Excellent communicationand organizational skills • Ability to self-manage, take direction, and follow through on deadlines • Comfortable with collaboration • A strong sense of initiative; someone who doesnt wait to be told what to create What Success Looks Like: • Increased brand visibility and recognition for Arcane Marketing • Steady growth in engagement, viewership, and traffic across platforms • Content that consistently drives conversations, brand recognition, and traffic • Creative storytelling that positions Arcane Marketing astheleader in healthcare digital marketing Work Environment & Work/Life Balance: • Flexible remote working arrangements. • Available 9-5 M-F MST for internal and client communication • Reach out - Our experience shows that team members who connect and collaborate with the team often benefit from richer training and support and improved earnings.
