Role description: Arcadis is seeking a Mechanical BIM Specialist to join our American Engineering and Design Team as we continue to grow our team of skilled BIM Managers throughout North America. Come Join Us! Role accountabilities: Plan and allocate assigned project work to ensure timely delivery and effective resource utilization. Work collaboratively with internal Team members to ensure the integrity of the overall design or solution, as well as provide communication to related project members regarding the process, changes, and resolution of issues Will assist the Arcadis BIM and Mechanical department leads to help create Revit mechanical content and the development of BIM workflows Work with mechanical team members by troubleshooting issues, creating mechanical Revit families upon request, set- up discipline-specific BIM training, and attend daily MEP meetings Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience required, working within a BIM mechanical environment and applications U.S. Citizenship (required for federal project work) Experience in defining BIM outcomes as well as setting up and coordinating a BIM Protocol and Execution Plan related to mechanical projects Skilled in working with and communicating with internal stakeholders, providing support and technical help when required Strong technical skills with Revit, Autodesk BIM360 and the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks, MS Office Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Aided Design, Information Management, IT, or equivalent work experience Why Arcadis? We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000.
