Full Description

Support the development of the Industrial Water process team across a variety of market sectors. Lead projects and clients in the planning, design and construction of Water / Wastewater treatment plants and wastewater recycle plants for industrial clients. Coordinate multi-disciplined engineering teams. Lead or serve as Subject Matter Expert or lead Design Manager for complex engineering designs for industrial water projects while collaborating with other design disciplines. Design basis documents (provide direction/review) Manage technical coordination and leadership roles on larger or complex projects or projects with higher associated risk. Work directly with clients to determine needs and provide solutions, Industrial water / wastewater professional with background/experience in one or more of the following technical areas: biological treatment, zero liquid discharge, brine management (including thermal evaporation and crystallization), detailed design, in-plant water use optimization (i.e., reduce/reuse/recycle), ultra-high purity water production (for semiconductor manufacturing). Industrial water / wastewater professional with background/experience in one or more of the following technical area: Technology (e.g., semiconductors / chips), Oil and Gas, Chemical / Petrochemical, Life Science, Food and Beverage, Pulp and Paper, Automotive and Aerospace. Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field of study 15 years of industrial water/wastewater treatment experience Master of Science or PhD Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field of study PE license Knowledge and experience with multinational industrial clients Knowledge and experience with industrial clients in the western United States Previous experience in a regional role and collaboration across regional teams
