Manage and visualize GIS data, support environmental project documentation, and assist in project and task management within environmental consulting.
Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field, 2+ years GIS specialist experience, proficiency with ESRI GIS products, data management skills, and experience collaborating on environmental projects.
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), engineering, biology, ecology, or similar discipline 2+ years of experience as a GIS Specialist in environmental consulting. Associated experience with environmental agencies and departmental roles with commercial entities may be considered equivalent Demonstrated experience in ESRI products including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online Strong data management skills including creating, editing, converting GIS data following prescribed data management protocol Experience visualizing geographic data for both print and web products Experience task managing and assistant project managing multiple projects at once and working in collaboration with scientists, engineers, archaeologists, and other specialists in developing environmental documents for environmental projects Experience supporting applications for state PUC filings in the Midwestern and Eastern US Experience developing, managing and maintaining web map services and applications (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Field Maps) Familiarity with workflow automation using Model Builder or Python
