We look for employees who share ideas and work on inclusive, helpful teams on company and client projects The Project Manager (Portfolio and Programs) lead one or more consulting projects that design and deliver high quality services and solutions - translating ideas into action. This role requires 10+ years of experience working closely with senior leadership, subject matter experts, and our clients to lead and execute multiple complex projects. Hybrid Work Environment: Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where employees work at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area on their start date, ready to work with their team. Responsibilities Manage multiple complex strategic projects concurrently, varying in size and scope Monitor project progress, identify risks, and dependencies and provide mitigation strategies Oversee a portfolio of implementation initiatives, providing expert consulting support to guide teams and manage overall portfolio Maintain and facilitate meetings to regularly communicate with stakeholders and leadership on implementation progress Develop training and aids to standardize processes across various teams Supervise and manage people, tasks, and deliverables on complex consulting projects Interest in applying and learning new tools and technology such as artificial intelligence Support workstreams, lead and support deliverables, and promote continuous improvement Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives Contribute towards our learning culture, where people put team, client, and company interest ahead of their own, by demonstrating interest in supervising and supporting the growth of others Take advantage of company opportunities to develop leadership and consulting skills and thrive in a fast growth environment Required Qualifications At least 10 years of relevant experience in project management including subject matter expertise in Agile and Waterfall methods ScrumMaster Certification PMP Certification Agile Project Management Certification Excellent skills in strategic communications and ability to facilitate meetings with senior leadership Enthusiasm to collaborate with others and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects Excellent work ethic in a dynamic, complex, and challenging environment and self-motivated with the ability to take on more responsibility quickly Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person Ability to focus and pay attention to detail while remaining focused on a strategic, big picture objective Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance Education: Bachelor’s degree in research or related area Critical Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engage Applying to the Company: Please tell us about your interests and background; we would be grateful! Total Rewards: Salary is just one element of our Total Rewards which includes compensation, benefits, bonuses, professional development, and other career opportunities. The projected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. This range takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets and expertise, experience, education, training, certifications, contract and client requirements (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs. At Arc Aspicio, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
