What We're Looking For We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our CEO and leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role combines executive assistant responsibilities—such as managing the CEO’s schedule and communications—with general office administration duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a dynamic environment. The role in 100% on site at our Seattle HQ in Eastlake. What You'll Do Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and communications Coordinate calendars and scheduling for leadership team Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Greet visitors and serve as the main point of contact for office inquiries Order supplies and oversee office equipment maintenance Coordinate document signing, vendor follow-ups, and leadership team scheduling Handle clerical tasks including data entry, correspondence, and expense reporting Maintain contact lists and manage incoming mail and calls Support client and investor reporting and special projects Ensure confidentiality and improve administrative systems as needed What You'll Bring Proven experience in office administration or executive support Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Professional demeanor and customer service mindset Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits $28-34/hour (60,000-70,000/year) Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401k Matching Career mentorship and development A close-knit, mission-aligned team culture
