Job Responsibilities • Assist in designing and configuring workflows using Kofax/Tungsten TotalAgility • Support the development of document capture, classification, and data extraction processes • Participate in the migration of batches from KTM to TA. • Help integrate TA with other enterprise systems via APIs and connectors • Develop and support TA Intelligent Document Processing (AIDP) • Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation of automation solutions • Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements • Maintain and update existing automation solutions based on user feedback • Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards • Stay current with platform updates and best practices Nice-to-Have • Exposure to AI/ML capabilities within automation pipelines • Experience with TA RPA and Fraud Prevention • Knowledge of GitHub • Familiarity with middleware technologies and cloud-native architectures
