Job Description: • Overall Solution Architecture & Design Leadership • Lead the design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA to meet the business needs of clients across a variety of industries. • Architect end-to-end business processes that leverage SAP Best Practices for Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. • Ensure alignment across business processes, technical architecture, integration and extensibility strategy, while enforcing Clean Core principles. • Support critical Project strategies related to data migration, testing, training, solution cutover and deployment. • Partner with Argano and Client representatives to support Change Management activities and deliverables. • Drive and facilitate Fit-to-Standard design workshops across all business functions, including Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. • Guide the team in making design decisions that support seamless integration across SAP modules and other SAP and non-SAP solutions. • Work across multiple workstream leads to execute workshops, capture requirements, develop solutions and complete Explore documentation. • Identify deltas between standard SAP and business needs, recommending suitable process adaptations or extensibility options. • Partner with Technical Leads and other Project team members to estimate and document Project RICEFW. • Support discussions and activities related to data migration, including the development of a Data Migration Strategy, data mapping, cleansing/construction approach, approach for mock conversions and the definition of data standards. • Support discussions and activities related to system testing, including the development of a Testing Strategy, including an approach for Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Act as the design authority during system build and configuration. • Review and approve technical designs, integrations and RICEFW developments. • Ensure compliance with Clean Core principles. • Support system testing activities for SIT cycles and UAT, including defect resolution. • Drive the Project team towards the completion of Realize Phase activities and documentation. • Drive the Argano team in the development, planning and execution of a cutover strategy. • Validate the end-to-end solution readiness for Production. • Ensure integrations and extensions are Production-ready. • Provide solution architecture input to go-live issue resolution and root-cause analysis. • Support the transition to hypercare and AMS, as needed. • Advise on SAP roadmap adoption and future requirements. • Build strong relationships with business process owners and IT leadership by clearly articulating how the SAP S/4HANA solution will support their goals. • Serve as the key solution advisor to the Engagement and Project Manager, helping navigate trade-offs between business requirements and system capabilities. • Present options and recommendations in fit-to-standard discussions to gain buy-in and reduce friction. • Align closely with offshore functional consultants and technical teams to ensure continuity in solution delivery. • Review and validate functional designs and user stories to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Coach and mentor other Argano team members to strengthen internal SAP S/4HANA capability. Requirements: • Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect across multiple full cycle implementation projects. • Deep expertise and knowledge in Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing end-to-end business processes. • Extensive knowledge of the SAP Activate implementation methodology, including associated documentation requirements. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen ability to deliver solutions in a timely and effective manner. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. • SAP S/4HANA certification (or related certifications) is a plus. • Experience with other SAP modules or related technologies. • Previous experience in a consulting environment or with large-scale transformation projects is desirable. • Experience with implementing SAP S/4HANA across industries such as consumer products, industrial manufacturing, life sciences and wholesale distribution. • Additional experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
