Project Manager / Residential Design Lead Luxury Residential New Construction We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong design background to lead luxury residential new construction projects. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a design professional who understands high-end custom homes and can seamlessly manage projects from concept through construction with precision and polish. Qualifications · Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury residential new construction · Demonstrated project management experience on custom, high-end homes · Advanced proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD · Adobe Creative Suite required · Experience with Enscape and Lumion strongly preferred Key Responsibilities · Lead the design and execution of custom luxury residences from schematic design through construction documentation · Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and builders to ensure design intent is executed at the highest level · Manage timelines, deliverables, and consultant coordination with exceptional organization and attention to detail · Develop and present high-quality design presentations, renderings, and visual storytelling for discerning clients · Uphold design excellence, brand standards, and consistency across all projects Ideal Candidate · Design-driven team leader with a refined aesthetic and strong cultural alignment · Exceptionally organized with proven time and priority management skills · Polished communicator with strong client-facing and presentation skills · Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple luxury projects simultaneously Position Details · Full-time, in-person position · Competitive compensation commensurate with experience To Apply Please submit your resume and design portfolio for consideration to asmith@arhomes.com.
