We’re seeking a Client Growth & Success Manager who will lead the charge in customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention — helping the company grow through strategic partnerships, exceptional service experiences, and system-driven business expansion. Position Overview The Client Growth & Success Manager is responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle — from attracting new clients, to ensuring satisfaction and loyalty, to developing long-term partnerships that drive sustainable growth. This role blends sales strategy, client success, and business development, requiring both people skills and a strategic mindset to build meaningful relationships that expand A|R Blueprint’s impact. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Success & Retention • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and ongoing satisfaction. • Oversee onboarding, follow-ups, and client relationship touchpoints. • Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for service improvements or upgrades. • Develop feedback systems (e.g., surveys, reviews, check-ins) to measure satisfaction and address issues quickly. • Maintain a client retention rate that aligns with company growth goals. Sales & Growth • Manage inbound and outbound sales processes, from lead qualification to contract signing. • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition and service bookings. • Track leads, conversions, and client activity through CRM tools (HubSpot, Airtable, or similar). • Create and optimize referral and loyalty programs to boost retention and word-of-mouth marketing. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with customer goals and feedback. Partnerships & Business Development • Identify and build relationships with real estate agents, property managers, contractors, and corporate partners. • Develop strategic collaborations to expand the company’s client network. • Represent A|R Blueprint Cleanings at networking events, expos, or online forums. • Negotiate partnership terms that create mutual value and consistent referral flow. Data & Reporting • Analyze client data, retention rates, and sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities. • Generate reports on acquisition, retention, and partnership performance. • Recommend process improvements and growth strategies based on analytics and customer feedback. Qualifications Required: • 2–5 years of experience in customer success, business development, or sales management (preferably in service-based industries). • Proven record of increasing customer satisfaction and retention rates. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously. • Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and workflow automation platforms. Preferred: • Experience in residential or commercial cleaning, facilities, or hospitality industries. • Knowledge of digital marketing, partnerships, or local lead generation. • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build systems for scaling a business.
