Must-Have Qualifications: • Proficiency with Workforce Management software (NICE). • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). • Proven ability to identify and implement innovative solutions. • Strong influencing, consensus-building, and collaboration skills. • Results-oriented approach with a focus on quality and effective data analysis. • Demonstrated self-motivation, ability to manage multiple priorities, and adaptability to diverse personality styles. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (written and oral). • Strong process management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27 to $30 an hour.
