This role offers unparalleled visibility, working closely with diverse teams and executive leadership, providing a chance to leave a lasting mark on our operational excellence and customer satisfaction. • *What You’ll Do:** • Lead and manage key priorities, including reactive accountability, community engagement, and action follow-up, ensuring timely and effective execution. • Drive and execute customer success programs, contributing to strategic initiatives focused on customer health and innovation. • Support and accelerate the adoption of advanced technology solutions, contributing to usage and consumption strategies. • Develop clear and impactful documentation, presentations, and communication materials for various stakeholders. • Analyze trends, identify opportunities for productivity improvements, and lead pilot programs to test new approaches. • Collaborate extensively with stakeholders across various functional areas, fostering strong relationships and alignment. • Proactively identify and remove blockers, ensuring smooth program progression and supporting both proactive and reactive customer engagements. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of program and project management methodologies, including change management. • *What You’ll Bring:** • *Must-Have Qualifications:** • A Bachelor’s degree is essential for this role. • At least 2 years of strong program and project management experience, demonstrating the ability to drive and execute complex initiatives. • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in relationship and stakeholder management, with a track record of successfully collaborating with diverse groups. • At least 2 years of experience in visual documentation and presentation creation, skilled in developing clear, compelling, and impactful materials. • *Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** • Program management certifications (e.g., PMP/PMI) are a plus. • A positive, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn attitude. • A passion for technology and its application in driving business value. • Exceptional collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and shared success. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership. • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work with speed and efficiency. • *About Aquent Talent:** Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world’s biggest brands.
