This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a team focused on high-impact internal programs, including engagement initiatives, onboarding experiences, specialized academy programs, internal communications, event logistics, and data analysis. Your ability to independently drive projects and anticipate needs will be key to success. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Lead the coordination and execution of high-visibility internal programs designed to enhance employee experience and engagement. • Develop detailed plans and work-back schedules to accomplish program goals, ensuring seamless integration of various activities. • Manage operational processes for large-scale employee experience initiatives, from conception to completion. • Support the execution of events, ensuring successful delivery and a positive experience for all participants. • Analyze program data and metrics to assess effectiveness, generate insights, and inform future strategies. • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including management and functional teams, to discuss project specifications and procedures. • Present program proposals, reports, and findings to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating progress and outcomes. • Contribute to the assessment of project feasibility by analyzing resource needs and program objectives. • *Qualifications:** • *Must-Have Skills & Experience:** • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. • 5-7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on planning and implementing large-scale initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects and develop detailed execution plans. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and anticipate project needs. • Proficiency with standard computer software and productivity tools (e.g., word processing, presentations, project management software). • Knowledge of business and management principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation. • *Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:** • PMI or PMP certification. • Experience running and implementing large-scale programs within a fast-paced, innovative environment (e.g., technology or startup). • Strong operational and event management skills. — • *About Aquent Talent:** Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world’s biggest brands.
