This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and contribute to projects that shape the future of essential services. • What you’ll do:** • Conduct thorough data and information research to support diverse project needs. • Perform various ad-hoc tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness. • Utilize computer applications and software to effectively analyze and interpret complex data sets. • Maintain accurate, organized records of research findings and project progress, ensuring data integrity. • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks and project milestones. • Assist in the preparation of clear and concise reports, presentations, and other essential documentation. • Uphold the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality in all activities. • Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Required Skills • Computer Savvy • Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail • Accuracy with data handling • Customer Service experience • Punctual written and verbal communication • Can work independently Education Or Certification Requirements • Associates Degree and/or related This is a HYBRID W2 role in the Bronx (Monday & Tuesday – remote and Wednesday through Friday – onsite) – hours are 6::00am – 2:30 pm or 7:00am – 3:30 pm. Only local candidates will be considered.
