As an Inventory Planner, you’ll be instrumental in optimizing inventory health, ensuring a seamless flow of products to meet consumer demand. As an Inventory Planner, you will: Oversee end-to-end inventory planning, ensuring timely purchasing of finished goods to support consumer demand. Manage supply health by creating purchase orders, adjusting supply parameters, and optimizing supply efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand & Supply Management, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Brand, to align on inventory targets and delivery expectations. Analyze data, track key metrics, and identify risks to ensure on-time delivery and inventory productivity. Resolve operational challenges, escalating issues as needed to maintain inventory health. Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize planning tools. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a related supply chain field. Proven experience managing a large SKU count within a retail environment. Proficiency in ERP software. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros). Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience in end-customer management. Retail background with an understanding of marketplace dynamics. Familiarity with planning tools such as SAP or similar.
