You will be instrumental in architecting comprehensive digital strategies, driving measurable results, and fostering strong, collaborative client relationships, ultimately helping clients reach their digital marketing goals. • *What You'll Do** As a key leader in digital strategy, you will take ownership of complex client accounts, driving the strategic vision and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns. Your expertise will directly influence client success, from initial strategy development to ongoing optimization and reporting. This role offers the chance to mentor team members, innovate within the digital marketing space, and contribute to the overall growth and evolution of our services. Your responsibilities will include: • Lead the strategic oversight, development, and optimization of digital strategies and paid media budgets for a portfolio of complex client accounts, often managing substantial annual budgets. • Architect and implement comprehensive digital strategies tailored to achieve clients' specific marketing goals and objectives. • Ensure all account maintenance and optimization activities consistently align with campaign goals across diverse digital channels. • Cultivate and strengthen client-agency relationships through regular strategic consultations, acting as a trusted expert and advisor on best practices. • Conduct in-depth research and performance analysis, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for budget adjustments and optimization. • Deliver comprehensive monthly and ad-hoc reports using advanced analytics platforms, custom reporting dashboards, and various platform interfaces, clearly articulating goals, key takeaways, and next steps. • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry developments, applying new knowledge to drive innovation. • Demonstrate thought leadership by contributing to team discussions, process improvements, and identifying opportunities for service expansion. • *What You'll Bring** • Bachelor's degree required; a focus in Marketing or Advertising is preferred. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital media planning and/or the execution of digital marketing campaigns. • Direct experience with leading advertising platforms and demand-side platforms (DSPs). • Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, capable of working independently, leveraging available resources effectively, and knowing when to escalate issues. • Effective communication and time management skills, especially in a remote work setting, with the agility to learn and navigate various technology platforms. • *Bonus Points** • Certifications in leading advertising platforms or analytics platforms: Google Analytics & Google Ads • Experience with project management software: Asana or similar • *About Aquent Talent:** Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.
