Digital Project Manager (In-House Creative Agency) Department: In-House Creative Agency (Global Advertising and Brand Management) The Role: Join a rapidly expanding in-house creative agency supporting a global financial services leader (operating as both a card issuer and payment network). We are on a mission to become the creative partner-of-choice, driving industry-defining excellence across digital channels and end-to-end customer experiences. We are seeking a solution-oriented Digital Project Manager to lead high-visibility integrated and digital campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Digital PM, you will drive the execution of complex initiatives—from creative strategy through production—while overseeing junior PMs. You will act as the operational hub between strategists, creatives, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure best-in-class delivery. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management & Execution End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of high-complexity digital projects, including scoping, timeline management, risk assessment, and hard cost budget management. Channel Expertise: execute campaigns across various digital channels, including CRM, Web/Landing Pages, Social Media, and Display. Platform Proficiency: Lead execution using specific platforms such as OneCMS, Moveable Ink, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Quality Control: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet the agency’s high creative standards. Collaboration & Operations: Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor direct reports (Project Managers) executing medium-to-low complexity projects. Stakeholder Management: Partner with Account Leads and Strategists to ensure client requests are feasible and in scope; facilitate creative kick-offs, reviews, and status meetings. Resource Management: Utilize Workfront for overall work planning, resource allocation, and team communication. Process Improvement: Proactively identify risks and opportunities to streamline workflows between the design studio, external agencies, and internal marketers. The Essentials (Qualifications): Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Creative Project Manager within a top-tier Creative Agency or In-House Brand. Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital production workflows (Email/CRM, Web, Social) with a working knowledge of integrated formats (Print, OOH). Tool Stack: Proficiency in Project Management software is required (Workfront preferred). Familiarity with CMS tools, Excel, Smartsheet, and Google Suite. Soft Skills: exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage rigorous timelines with parallel workstreams, and a flexible, solution-first mindset.
