Manage and coordinate content pages, project launch cycles, quality assurance, and cross-team collaboration to ensure timely and compliant content delivery.
Experience in content management, project coordination, stakeholder liaison, QA support, and collaboration with marketing and product teams.
Content Manager Core Responsibilities: • Own, manage, update, and create WCW pages and copy documents. • Shepherd all WCW pages through project development and launch cycles. • Proactively identify needs, gaps, risks, and issues based on upcoming changes. Project & Launch Cycle Tasks: • Plan, coordinate, and execute launch cycles. • Participate in and coordinate design cycles. • Manage copy components (e.g., character counts, image requirements). • Submitt creative requests through Click Up • Maintain Click Up dashboard ticket requests • Coordinate copywriting, collaboration, and reviews. • Align copy needs with Storybook requirements. • Plan and resolve review cycles. • Act as stakeholder liaison. Technical & QA Support: • Support/manage WBS. • Apply market variations. • Ensure accessibility compliance. • Manage image/video assets (request, review, delivery). • Provide real-time launch bridge support and troubleshooting. • Conduct site QA pre/post launch and maintain issue tracker. Operational Tasks: • Attend and follow up on meetings. • Manage files and localization prep. • Generate reports. • Manage retailer logos and links. • Oversee paid and Windows Selling Campaigns. • Handle one-off tasks between launches (e.g., fixes, experiments). Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Work with GTM, PMM, Storybook, Devs, Engineers, Product teams. • Coordinate with brand, marketing, CELA, SEO, and design teams. • Collaborate with copywriters, HCL, PAC, FTE managers, Microsoft Store, and retailer teams across markets.
