You will be instrumental in identifying where AI can dramatically improve and modernize workflows, driving significant operational and user experience enhancements. This role is a unique blend of strategic AI product management and hands-on technical program leadership, offering you the chance to make a profound impact by shaping the future of how critical business functions operate within a vast enterprise. • *Responsibilities:** • Conduct deep analysis of business processes, especially in contract management, to pinpoint prime opportunities for AI-driven transformation. • Define and align project scope with diverse business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consensus. • Translate strategic vision into detailed technical AI features, ready for development. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful and high-quality delivery of AI solutions. • Lead the User Acceptance Testing process, crafting comprehensive rollout plans and procedures. • Champion the adoption of appropriate systems development and project management methodologies. • Present progress and insights to steering committees and project sponsors, influencing key decisions. • *Qualifications:** • *Must-Have Skills & Experience:** • Proven product management experience within an enterprise-scale environment. • Demonstrated technical program management expertise, navigating complex, matrixed organizations. • Exceptional adaptability and flexibility in judgment, thriving in dynamic, changing environments and managing competing priorities effectively. • A strong ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and foster effective collaboration with business partners at all organizational levels. • Robust capability to assess risk and apply sound management principles to technology applications, products, and business functions. • Extensive experience in delivering technology and business application solutions within large-scale, multi-platform systems environments. • Direct experience transforming business processes using agentic AI. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline. • 10+ years of combined product management and/or technical program management experience. • 3+ years of dedicated experience building AI solutions. • *Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:** • An MBA or other related advanced degree. • *About Aquent Talent:** Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world’s biggest brands.
