Vice President of Sales for AquaPools, New Braunfels, TX (On-site) | Extensive travel required throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana Company Overview: AquaPools is the leading fiberglass pool builder in the region, with over 10,000 pools installed and growing. Operating seven locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana — plus two immersive Pool Park showrooms (New Braunfels and Georgetown, TX) and a third opening in Alvarado, TX in 2026 — we deliver the industry’s highest-quality composite pools to residential and commercial customers. We are creating a new Vice President of Sales role to professionalize and accelerate our next phase of aggressive growth. The Role: This is a B2C high-impact, high-visibility leadership position reporting directly to the owners. You will own all sales strategy and execution across our multi-state footprint, build scalable processes from the ground up, and lead the backyard designers located across multiple locations. This is not a “manage-from-desk” role. You’ll spend significant time in the field training the backyard designers, helping close big-ticket deals, providing customer service, and forging partnerships with home builders, developers, and high-end residential clients. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute a comprehensive sales growth strategy that drives revenue increases year-over-year across B2C. • Recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage a distributed sales organization; create repeatable training programs that improve both selling skills and pool design expertise. • Institute best-in-class lead management, pipeline tracking, and conversion processes using JobNimbus, Jobber, and Pool Design Studio. • Run high-energy virtual and in-person sales meetings to keep a geographically dispersed team aligned, motivated, and accountable. • Personally cultivate and close strategic builder/developer partnerships while overseeing residential lead flow and conversion. • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to co-develop go-to-market strategies, create and distribute sales enablement tools (presentations, battle cards, brochures, digital assets), and execute online/offline promotions and campaigns that directly fuel pipeline growth. • Work closely with marketing to launch the new Dallas-area Pool Park Showroom in Alvarado, TX (2026) — develop and execute the full go-to-market plan, including grand-opening B2B/B2C events. • Deliver accurate forecasting, KPI tracking, and executive-level reporting; become the single source of truth for all sales metrics. • Partner tightly with marketing, operations, and construction leadership to create a seamless customer journey from lead to installation. Requirements • 7–10+ years of B2C sales leadership experience with documented success in scaling revenue in the pool/spa, home improvement, outdoor living, luxury goods, or residential construction industries, strongly preferred. • Proven builder/developer relationship experience and a track record of landing large B2B accounts is preferred but not required. • Hands-on experience building sales playbooks, CRM discipline (JobNimbus or similar a plus), and training programs in growing companies. • Exceptional coach and motivator who leads from the front; comfortable being in the field 50–60% of the time. • Proven ability to collaborate with and align multiple strong-willed regional owners/decision-makers; this role works shoulder-to-shoulder with three senior regional leaders, each of whom runs their own territory while driving company-wide standards and growth. • High emotional intelligence and communication adaptability – able to connect, influence, and build trust with diverse groups, including office staff, field construction crews, trade partners, and high-end customers. • Analytical mindset — you live in the data, spot trends quickly, and pivot faster. • Tech-savvy self-starter: advanced proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and the ability to master new software quickly (JobNimbus, Jobber, Pool Design Studio). • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (3–5 days/week ) across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
