Logistics Coordinator job at Aquanita Foods. Miami, FL. Import Coordinator - Refrigerated Cargo. We are seeking an Import Coordinator with strong freight experience to join our growing team. The right candidate will have some logistics experience , bilingual in English and Spanish, and the ability to manage cargo from start to finish. Exceptional Excel skills required. What You’ll Do • Coordinate import & export shipments (ocean required, knowledge with refrigerated cargo is a plus). • Handle A–Z delivery operations: coordinate with shippers ensuring timely departures, work with the SSL to ensure cargo released and pending port or cargo payments are covered, secure appointments with warehouses to deliver nationwide. • Work with ocean carriers and domestic trucking (FTL/LTL). • Manage trade lanes across Asia, LATAM & United States. • Position is in our Coral Gables, FL office. • Hours 9-5pm, flexibility provided as the role requires odd hours from time to time. What We’re Looking For • Ideally 3+ years of import/export coordination. • Ocean carrier experience required. • Refrigerated cargo knowledge preferred. • Bilingual (English & Spanish) .
