Role: .Net Solution Architect Location: Remote Run architecture spikes and PoCs, present findings to ARB, leadership and security teams Act as de-facto project manager: maintain roadmap, risks, budget burn, vendor coordination Must-Have Skills: 10+ yrs total, 4+ yrs as Solutions/Domain Architect in insurance or regulated industry Deep .NET Core and Python micro-services architecture; containerization with Docker/ECS/EKS Event streaming w/ Kafka/MSK, REST API design, OAuth2/OIDC, JSON-schema governance Hands-on with Gen-AI toolchain: Azure OpenAI, RAG, AWS BedrockStrong communication: write concise ADRs, run executive white-board & code-level discussions Soft Skills: Stakeholder influence, risk-based decision-making Self-organizing mindset comfortable acting as PM/Scrum-Lead when needed
