💼 Role: Software Engineer – Qualtrics Specialist 📍 Location: Onsite – Beaverton, OR (Local candidates only) 📅 Duration: 7-Month Contract We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Qualtrics CX and Discover to lead a high-impact transformation initiative. This role blends survey research, software engineering, and stakeholder engagement to elevate enterprise-level experience management. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Design advanced Qualtrics surveys, dashboards, and automated workflows • Provide consultation on survey flow, data analysis, and reporting • Present demos and insights to cross-functional teams • Support sentiment analysis and conversational NLP • Document technical processes for non-technical users • (Bonus) Build data pipelines using Python, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake ✅ Required Qualifications • 8+ years as a Software Engineer, with 3+ years in Qualtrics • Strong experience in CX and Discover modules • Proven ability to manage survey/listening programs • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with HTML scripting, API/SFTP connectors (preferred) • Familiarity with Qualtrics Discover language models and sentiment analysis
