A Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, or information systems is required along with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in healthcare or federal business analysis. Experience with IT modernization projects and requirements management tools is also necessary.
Job Summary Senior Business Analyst – VFMP Modernization The Senior Business Analyst documents business-level requirements, conducts technical elaborations, and facilitates user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure alignment of modernization goals with operational needs. Primary Responsibilities Elicit, document, and maintain business requirements and user stories. Conduct technical elaborations and translate business needs into specifications. Coordinate UAT activities and track test outcomes and issues. Collaborate with developers, engineers, and PMs to ensure traceability and alignment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare, or information systems. Minimum 6+ years of experience in healthcare or federal business analysis. Experience gathering and documenting requirements for IT modernization projects. Experience with requirements management and traceability tools. Desired Qualifications Experience with Health IT or analytics platforms. Experience supporting VA or other federal healthcare initiatives.
