The Recruiting Coordinator will manage the administrative functions of the hiring process, including updates to the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters. They will also support special program recruiting and coordinate hiring events.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with 2-5 years of applicable experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential, and experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
Job Summary Aptive is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. It’s been said that a great Recruiting Coordinator is the glue that holds a great talent acquisition team together, could that be you? To be successful in this role, you must be organized and an ambitious self-starter looking to work in the recruiting industry. Previous experience in recruiting is not required. We will train the right person to fill this position. While working as a coordinator, you will also be afforded the opportunity to train under some of the best recruiters in the federal space, with the intention of moving you to a full lifecycle recruiter position when the time is right. Primary Responsibilities Partnering with the recruiting team and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for the administrative functions of the hiring process. This will include but not be limited to: Updates to our applicant tracking system Weekly reporting distribution Event coordination for hiring events Scheduling interviews Preparing offer letters Basic candidate sourcing (Training Provided) Support our special program recruiting (ED&I, Veteran, Intern/COOP) Other duties as assigned to support recruiting and HR functions Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business/HR/Marketing or other related fields. (Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) Experience with Applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) 2-5 Years of applicable experience Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Etc.)
