Job Summary Aptive is seeking support the Mission Daybreak 2.0 contract to support VA’s Office of Suicide Prevention (OSP) and the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Innovation Ecosystem. The program builds on VA’s innovation and human-centered design frameworks to rapidly test, evaluate, and scale solutions that reduce Veteran suicide. Aptive’s team will manage a portfolio of innovation projects, coordinate governance and reporting, deliver evaluation and research insights, plan stakeholder and engagement events, and support the development of scalable training and communications products. Primary Responsibilities The Management Analyst – Sr. plays a key role in ensuring the program runs efficiently and meets its commitments. This position develops and maintains dashboards and reporting tools, tracks performance against milestones, and provides leadership with insights to guide decisions. The analyst supports governance activities by preparing meeting materials, analyzing risks, and maintaining logs of lessons learned. They will also assist with coordinating across project managers and analysts to ensure consistent information flows across the team. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations for leadership. Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree. 4 years of experience delivering management analysis for large healthcare programs. Experience conducting organizational studies and gap analyses. Strong skills in data collection, surveys, focus groups, and analytic reporting. Desired Qualifications Prior experience supporting VA or other federal health programs. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and dashboarding skills. Familiarity with program risk management processes.
