Job Summary The VHA Suicide Prevention Interagency Management Support Contract (TOPR 0224) provides program management, evaluation, and communications expertise to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Suicide Prevention (OSP). This contract strengthens VHA’s ability to coordinate interagency suicide prevention initiatives, oversee national strategies, and expand support for Transitioning Service Members (TSMs). The team provides disciplined project management, rigorous evaluation, and actionable reporting to ensure VA leadership can advance suicide prevention outcomes across federal, state, and community partners. Primary Responsibilities The Information Management Specialist supports VA’s knowledge management systems, ensuring information is collected, stored, and shared effectively across interagency partners. Deliverables include administration of knowledge management systems (including SharePoint/ MIRECC), maintenance of training databases, creation of user guides, and provision of training sessions. The specialist ensures interagency partners can access essential information, maintains system functionality, and responds to technical issues. This role also supports compliance with information privacy and records management standards. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 4 years related experience in information management and report/training design. Knowledge and experience with VHA systems Strong technical and communication skills. Desired Qualifications Experience administering SharePoint or similar platforms. Familiarity with VA privacy, records management, and data governance requirements. Ability to deliver training and user support to large interagency teams.
