Job Summary Aptive is seeking a Graphic Desginer to lead creative asset development for a communications and outreach contract for a federal client. The ideal candidate will have experience with creating visually engaging creative materials for digital, print, and video platforms. This individual will also have a demonstrated understanding of Section 508 regulations and federal branding standards. The Graphic Designer role requires a self-starter, proactive problem solver and action-oriented team player with previous experience in management consulting and strategic communications. This position needs an individual that is committed to providing superior service, poised under pressure and has a positive and flexible attitude. This is a contingent hire position. This position is remote. However, travel for client meetings and events may be required. Primary Responsibilities Develop and oversee creative strategy for the project, ensuring alignment with goals and audience engagement. Lead brainstorming and conceptualization sessions with government clients, writers, and editors to generate compelling content ideas and formats. Create a bold, innovative marketing campaign that corrects misconceptions and incentivizes long-term growth and sustainability. Develop visual concept packages including creative strategy, sample scripts, storyboards, mood boards, and visual treatments to guide asset development. Create a broad range of assets across TV, digital, bring, experiential, and out-of-home platforms such as billboards, transit ads, public service announcements, websites and microsites, email campaigns, and more. Maintain high creative standards across all projects, ensuring consistency in storytelling, quality, and brand identity. Collaborate with government and internal team to develop creative strategies that resonate with target audiences and achieve measurable outcomes. Restructure existing campaign materials and implement fresh ideas based on real-time feedback and data reports to maximize impact. Minimum Qualifications 6 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree in related field. Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to manage competing deadlines. Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government. Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships. Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Desired Qualifications Strong critical thinking, analytical and time management skills. Proven ability to organize, prioritize and work well with others. Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas and solutions logically both written and orally. Ability to stay calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Ability to receive feedback from clients and implement changes quickly and effectively. Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues. Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
