The Sales Executive at Aptia has a broad understanding of the employee benefits technology and services space. This individual excels at generating leads, building relationships and closing deals. These professionals engage with leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations to employ a consultative and strategic approach to uncover and leverage opportunities that align with the business processes of their clients by applying the specialized knowledge and approach of Aptia. Acting as trusted advisors, Enterprise AEs ensure that every client engagement is met with unparalleled precision and dedication, leading to significant success and satisfaction while fostering long-term partnerships. What you will be doing: • Convert leads into opportunities, and subsequently into customers, by utilizing the Aptia sales process, sales/customer acumen, and the sales support resources at their disposal • Be strategic in gaining access to and fostering relationships with prospect leadership and producers across the organizations of accounts • Strategize, create, and deliver compelling solution-focused client presentations for a C-level audience • Seamlessly coordinate between clients and various internal teams to ensure a productive and smooth client experience • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly bookings goals • Learn, maintain, and communicate in-depth knowledge of Aptia's solutions, industry trends, and competition • Successfully manage and overcome obstacles and objections • Provide closed-loop feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure continuous process and product optimization • Proactively manage your sales pipeline and record sales activities to maintain the quality and accuracy of data in CRM What we are looking for: • Minimum of 5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience within the Benefits Administration space • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively apply knowledge of technical products, services, and solutions • Proven track record in consultative sales with Brokers, Consultants, and Employers • Exceptional relationship-building skills with both mid-level and C-suite executives, with the ability to build consensus within the buying team • Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills, combined with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a results-driven, positive attitude
