About the role We’re seeking a resourceful, detail-oriented marketer who brings energy, creativity, and grit to every event and executive engagement. You’ll execute industry and owned events, coordinate thought-leadership and community programs, and work closely with the Director of Growth and Product Marketing to maximize impact on pipeline and executive relationships. This role is for someone who thrives on rolling up their sleeves to deliver flawless, memorable field experiences. What you'll do Event & Community Execution – Owns the strategy and flawless execution of industry events, owned events, and executive dinners while executing (not owning) community programs, ensuring strong brand presence and pipeline impact. Outbound & PMM Collaboration – Partners with the Director of Growth and Sales teams on outreach strategy while working with Product Marketing to execute thought-leadership content, secure speaking opportunities, and reinforce the company narrative in the field. Creative Relationship-Building Engagements – Designs unique, memorable, and detail-oriented activations that stand out in the market, create meaningful touchpoints with executive audiences, and strengthen long-term relationships. Pipeline Measurement & Alignment – Works in conjunction with the Director of Growth to track field marketing impact on pipeline and revenue, provide insights to leadership, and continuously optimize investments. Operational Excellence – Manages budgets, timelines, and vendors with precision to ensure field programs deliver impact efficiently and on-brand. AI & LLM Innovation – Embraces AI and LLM best practices to enhance event strategy, personalize outreach, and increase efficiency in program execution. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Four years or more of related experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
