Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remodeling/Renovation Manager to oversee the upkeep and needed renovations to our warehouse and store locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction/renovation and be hands-on. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive performance improvements, manage teams and projects effectively, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Duties • Implement best practices for warehouse organization, inventory management, and logistics. • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to maintain operational readiness. • Manage a team of technicians, providing training, support, and performance evaluations. Qualifications • Proven experience in a senior operations management role within a manufacturing or factory environment. • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various power tools and hand tools. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
