Regional Sales Manager –Midwest (Sanitary Process Equipment) A subsidiary of a global business with over 53 years of success and headquartered in Spain, specializes in the manufacture and distribution of high-quality pumps, valves, agitators, and complete process solutions for the food, beverage, dairy, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. Seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our growth across the Midwestern United States and based in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for a high-performing individual with a strong technical background and deep knowledge of our target sectors and product lines. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting and selling Company’s sanitary process products—such as pumps, valves, mixers, agitators, fittings, blending systems, and CIP skids—into key sectors including food, beverage, dairy, cosmetic, brewery, light chemical, and pharmaceutical. You will be expected to achieve sales growth, implement strategic business plans, support client and distributor training initiatives, and maintain regular reporting on sales, marketing efforts, forecasts, and territory performance. Strong focus will also be placed on identifying new markets, staying aware of competitor activities, and responsibly managing expenses. Qualifications • BS/MS degree or diploma in a technical field • Minimum of 4 years’ successful sales experience in a technical environment, with a history of exceeding targets • Experience selling into the food, beverage, dairy, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industries • Existing client base within these sectors is a strong advantage • Proficiency in MS Office Suite • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales process—from lead generation through closing • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the assigned territories This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing region while working with a globally respected manufacturer.
